I am not known as a chocolate lover, but I love Skinny Chocolate. (Thank you Trim Healthy Mama) Just knowing that it is nourishing my body makes it feel like a have-to instead of a splurge.
I don't claim to be the first one to make this.
However..... I will say that I did not find this recipe anywhere.
I just dumped it in as I went.
Here you go:
1/2 C. coconut oil, melted
1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa (Ghirardelli is sooo good)
1/2 scoop Swanson's Protein Powder
1/4 C. defatted Peanut flour
1 rounded TBS of Truvia (grind it up in a coffee grinder, you can't skip this part)
1 pinch of pink Himalayan Sea Salt ( mine is in a grinder, I just did one or two twist)
I pour mine into a 6 well, silicone muffin form. The one I used was an Autumn (I LOVE AUTUMN!)
I have made Skinny Chocolate from THM many times. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. It was the best yet! I am usually in too much of a rush to grind the Truvia so I would just use my KAL extract. Trust me, it's worth the time to grind the Truvia.
Of course, this is a S treat. I use it daily while on the S days of Fuel Cycle.
1/3 of a recipe is a serving. I usually have 1/6 of the recipe at a time. It's that rich.
